Policies

- We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a 50% charge will be applied.
- Beauty courses must be paid for in advance and are valid for 12 months from day of purchase. Hair courses are valid for 18 months. A contract can only be used towards the service named on the card and for the client named on the card. 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, otherwise the appointment will be redeemed from your contract.
- Terms and Conditions apply to all our promotions, which are subject to availability.
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and are non-refundable.
- We stock and use a wide range of retail products including: Aveda, L’Oreal, Dermalogica, Color Wow and Kerastase.
- Please note that products are non-returnable.

- Please arrive on time for your appointment as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled or cut short. If you know you're going to be late please call us so we can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.

- Complaints should be reported within 48hrs, and we must have the chance to check the work in person, in order to redo where necessary. Redos must be completed within 2 weeks of initial service.
